Abstract
Abstract Adhy Wicaksana Iman Yahdi 8215145248, The internship report at personnel development section Direktorat Jenderal Bea dan Cukai. Bachelor Degree of Management, Faculty of Economic, State University of Jakarta, 2017. The implementation of Internship aims to gain experience and knowledge about the world of work associated with the concentration of student to be ready in the face of the world of work later. The internship is carried out to fulfill one of the subjects of the Faculty of Economics, Faculty of Economics, University of Jakarta. This report contains the activities of student during internship in the personnel development section Direktorat Jenderal Bea dan Cukai. Tasks assigned to student are to record incoming mail that received by employee development departement into the excel application, input incoming mail that has been recorded in excel in an application called NADINE DJBC, print the letter that has been input into NADINE DJBC application and put together with incoming mail, record the certificate of education and training employees on excel applications. After undergoing internship, student has gained knowledge and experience about real world of work that had not get in lecture. Keyword: Personnel development, incoming mails, NADINE
