Abstract

ABSTRACT Aldira Diko Alezi. Internship Report at the Telemarketing Department, Division Sales and Effectiveness , Central Office of Cigna Insurance Corporate August 30th – October 24th. Management Undergraduate, Faculty of Economics, State University of Jakarta. Implementation of Internship aims to add the experience and train the internee in preparation for competition in the world of work later. Internee implement the Internship to the Telemarketing Department, Division Sales and Effectiveness , Central Office of Cigna Insurance Corporate. The task given to Internee among others are Motivating Telemarketers using photos or videos, creating events aimed at making morale in sales, creating designs for event invitations or other activities, conducting activities aimed at telemarketers through jobstreet websites, conducting cooperative relationships with campuses to do promotion and promotion in seminars, Documenting data of applicants who graduated in digital form to be archived, CV dielect from prospective telemarketers in accordance with existing provisions, create a job grip for candidates who pass the interview selection, do the selection of candidates through the website AAJI. From performance in internship, internee know how the marketing system, motivating telemarketers and recruitment in Cigna Insurance Corporate.
