Abstract

ABSTRACT Lindawati 8215141574, Report on Field Work Practices at PT Kompas Media Nusantara. Human Resources Management Concentration, Study Program S1 Management, Faculty of Economics, Jakarta State University. This Field Activity Practices Report is made to fulfill one of the compulsory subjects for every student who wish to obtain a Bachelor of Economics degree from the Department of Management of Faculty of Economics, State University of Jakarta. The Implementation of Field Work Practices takes place from 1 August to 28 September 2017. The objective of the Field Work Practice itself is to provide insights into the real world of work for students. This report contains about the activities of praktikan during the implementation of Field Work Practices in KOMPAS Daily, among others: Section PSDM on the position of organizational development, employee relations, and recruitment and selection. activities undertaken in the form of recapitulation of development suggestions, checking the new Company Regulations for apprentices employees, then perform the process of recruitment and selection of applicants. After done the Internship Program, internee acquire knowledge, insight and experience of the real world of work, differences in job descriptions in the various unit and divisions, and internee can understand the difference and links between the world of work with learning that internee get during studied in classroom.
