Abstract

SITI HALIMATUS SA'DIAH. Corelation Between Creativity With Learning Orientation Member In Regiment of Student Unit State University of Jakarta. Thesis. Jakarta: Study Program Commerce Education, Department of Economics and Administration, Faculty of Economics, State University of Jakarta, in July 2012. This study aims to determine whether there is any corelation between Learning Orientation Creativity with a time study for 3 (three) months from April to June 2012. The method used is survey method with the correlational approach. The study population is students who organize the Student Activity Unit (UKM) State University of Jakarta, while the accessibility of the population are members in Regiment of Student Unit of the State University of Jakarta as many as 70 people. Samples were taken as many as 58 people, drawn from a population that is affordable with an error rate of 5%. Sampling techniques with simple random sampling techniques. To measure the data variable X (Creativity) using the method of Likert scale survey form. Prior to use, tested the validity for the variables X (Creativity), 29 point statement after the statement is validated, there are 4 items that drop, which meet the criteria or a valid statement consists of 25 items. Calculation of reliability test X (creativity) using Cronbach Alpha formula. From the calculation results of testing instruments for the variable X (Creativity) is 0.931 while for the variable Y (Learning Orientation) is 0.935 which means the reliability of the instrument showed a high rate. To test the data requirements entirely done on the level of significance (α) 0.05. The first step is to seek and obtain the regression equation Y = 52.29 +0.664 X Test for normality of the error estimates of regression Y on X generates Lhitung for 0.056 <Ltabel of 0.116, which means error of estimated regression Y on X is normally distributed. While the linearity of the regression test Fhitung obtained (0.66) < Ftabel (1.90) which means that the model is a linear regression equation. Based on the results of test calculations obtained Fhitung keberartian regression (19.21)> Ftabel (4.02) so that it can be concluded that the regression coefficient is very significant. For Product Moment correlation coefficient rxy = 0.505 obtained results and to test the significance of the correlation coefficient using t-test gain of thitung 4.38 and ttable of 1.68, because thitung > ttable This means that the research hypothesis is accepted that there is a positive relationship between Creativity with Learning Orientation Member In Regiment Of Student Unit State University of Jakarta. From the calculation of the coefficient of determination obtained by KD 0.2555 which means that 25.55% of the variance variable Y (Learning Orientation) is determined by the variable X (Creativity). Of the study variables can be concluded that there is a positive corelation between Creativity with Learning Orientation Member In Regiment Of Student Unit State University of Jakarta. The higher creativity so better learning orientation member.
