Abstract

AGNES CHRISTIANY, The Correlation Between Job Stisfaction with Performance of The Teacher at Junior High School 1 Jayanti Tangerang. Skripsi, Jakarta. Studies Program Commerce Education, Department of Economics and Administration, Faculty of Economics, State University of Jakarta, January 2014. This study aims to obtain empirical data and facts are valid and realiable and valid on the relationship between school library facilities with vocational students reading at Junior High School 1 Jayanti Tangerang. The research was conducted at Junior High School 1 Jayanti Tangerang, for four months from September 2013 until December 2013. Purpose of this study is so abtain the propet knowledge to obtain empirical data and right facts, valid, and can be trusted and on relied the correlation between performance apprasial with employee career development at Junior High School 1 Jayanti Tangerang. The research method used is survey method with the correlational approach. Population in this research is all of Junior High School 1 Jayanti Tangerang employees, where as the possible populations who teacher of Junior High School 1 Jayanti Tangerang, amounting to 40 people. The technique which is used in gathering the sample was simple random sampling about 36 people. The resulting regression equation is Ŷ = 45.17 + 0.411 X. Test requirements analysis of the normality test error of estimated regression of Y on X to produce Lcount liliefors test = 0.079, while the Ltable for n = 36 at 0.05 significant level is 0.148. Because the Lcount < Ltable then an error estimate of Y on X is normally distributed. Testing linearity of regression produces Fcalculated <Ftable is 0.63 < 2.90, so it was concluded that the linear equation regression. From test significance regression produces Fcount > Ftable, which is 17.15 > 4.13, meaning that the regression equation is significant. Correlation coefficient of Pearson Product Moment generating rxy = 0,579, then performed the test significance correlation coefficient using the t test and the resulting tcount = 4,14 and Ttable = 1,70. It can be concluded that the correlation coefficient rxy = 0.579 is significant. The coefficient of determination obtained for 33,53% which shows that 33,53% of the variation of job satisfaction is determined by the performace of the teacher.
