Abstract
SoTang is a culinary business whose basic ingredients are made of sausage and potatoes. SoTang is a home-based business located at the Masjid Ar-Rohmah Street, Bekasi, West Java. This business uses a mixture of flour dough that has been mixed with cornstarch, salt, powdered broth, sugar, baking powder and eggs. SoTang promotion is done via instagram, whatsapp, line, and posters as advertising media. Based on the results of the analysis, the business is feasible to run because the investment capital will return (Payback Period) at the time the business runs 1 year 11 months.
