Abstract
Beoseos Sangchu is a culinary business that adopts the habits of the ginseng country people in eating a compacted grilled meat, coupled with lettuce leaf as a meat wrapper. Of course, the adoption of these culinary has been modified so that more healthy, halal and without reducing the pleasure in eating it. Seeing the potential market share coupled with mushrooming musical and musical connoisseurs of korea then I think the business potential of Besoseos Sangchu is still very wide open. With that, Beoseos Sangchu will always bring the benefits of products, competitive prices and certainly innovative in developing other food models with diverse side dishes. This business I will establish at Economart, State University of Jakarta, Rawamangun, East Jakarta. I chose this business because I saw the potential in terms of food differentiation that existed before at the State University of Jakarta, and I will also provide free delivery order service with the scope of A University Campus Jakarta, with order with all you want system, various media electronic based on social media or via sms. Based on the financial aspect analysis, the business is feasible to run.
