Abstract

Tako Tako Chan is a culinary business planning that produces and sells snacks or street foods as known as takoyaki, origin from sakura country, Japan. Tako Tako Chan is a home-based production business with new innovations that combine diverse stuffing and color. We see the potential in this business from the element of market advantage, because recently takoyaki become popular in Indonesia especially because the material and taste that match with tongue of Indonesian society. We also do promotions for our products based on media social such as Facebook, Instagram, Line, Whatsapp, and others. Based on the results of business feasibility analysis, it can be concluded that the culinary business tako tako chan declared eligible to run and have a good business opportunity in the future.
