Abstract
Squid Squad (Squid Crispy) is a culinary business in the form of snacks with a variety of taste variants that produce squid preparations with an attractive appearance and a sense that evokes the tastes of the consumer. Squid Squad name is taken from the word "Squid" means squid and "Squad" means association so, it is expected the consumer can gather to enjoy the delicacy of this snack. There are 5 flavor variants, Squid Hot (Balado), Cornelius Squid (Corn), Squid Babehku (BBQ), Squid Ricis (Cheese) and Squid Nori (Seaweed). Promotions are made through social media such as Instagram, Facebook, Twiter, Line, Whatsapp and BBM. Based on business feasibility analysis seen from marketing aspect, organizational aspect and management, production aspect and financial aspect, this business is feasible to run.
