Abstract
Indonesia has a wealth of culinary is very much ranging from light to light snacks snack market, one of which is spring rolls, if in Semarang famous for fried lumpia another case in Bandung is famous for its wet spring rolls. The stuffing from the spring rolls also varies like stuffing vegetable meat and so on, then what about the fruit stuffing ?. Lumpia content of this fruit is an innovation in terms of taste of these foods. Combine the various fruits that will later be stuffing spring rolls, besides delicious this product is also healthy because in it there are vitamins that come from fruits.
