Abstract

Tahu Walik is fried tofu that has been removed inside. Then it is behind so that the inside tofu is outside. Furthermore, tofu will be filled by processed chicken and flour. Tahu walik is a industry located in the area of Pondok Cina Station, Depok. This food production creates different innovations by using the distinctive taste of Banyuwangi. Marketing of this product by using instagram, facebook, whatsapp as media of advertisement. Based on the estimates, this business is very easy to implement because it requires minimal capital and promises maximum benefits.
