Abstract
ABSTRACT SITI RIADOH. COOPERATIVE GOVERNANCE ANALYSIS IN PRISON (CASE STUDY: COOPERATION OF EMPLOYEES FOR THE MINISTRY OF LAW AND HUMAN RIGHTS IN CLASS IIA SALEMBA JAKARTA CENTER). Economics Education, Faculty of Economics, State University of Jakarta, 2018. This study aims to determine whether the indicators of Cooperative Governance contribute to the existence of cooperatives in prisons, starting from July 2017 to November 2017. The motivation behind the research researchers is, the uniqueness of prison cooperatives. Because, in general the existence of cooperatives exist in institutions or kemeterian such as, private institutions (companies, factories, etc.). While at ministries like, the ministry of finance, social, etc. In fact the cooperative is present at the Ministry of Justice and Human Rights of the Republic of Indonesia in the sector of Penitentiary. Then, this research uses Mix Method method with Squential Exploratory Design model. Further this research, using Triangulation method to check the validity of data or related phenomena from different perspectives and perspectives. This study, found that four of the seven indicators of Cooperative Governance affect the existence of cooperatives inside the prison. The implication is that an analysis of Cooperative Governance can be a guide or key for other cooperatives to improve or promote cooperatives.
