Abstract

NANDA PRASETYO W. The Correlation Between Occupational Health and Safety With Work Hazardness Of Mustika Ratu’s Employees In Jakarta. Scriptions, Jakarta. Study program Of Commerce Education, Department of Economics and Administration, Faculty of Economics, State University of Jakarta, in Juni 2013. This study aims to obtain data / facts right (authentic, true, valid) and trustworthy (reliable) about how far the relationship between occupational and safety health with work accident of employee PT Mustika Ratu Jakarta. The method used is survey method approach to correlation. The population in this study are employees of PT Mustika Ratu Jakarta which worked at production is totaled 50 employees with research samples was 44 employees. Then, based on the determination of the sample table of Isaac and Michael amount of sample from a population with a sampling error of 5%. This sampling technique using simple random sampling technique. Calculation of the reliability both variables using Cronbach Alpha Formula. X formula reliability of 0.855 and outcome variable Y reliability of 0.915. This result proved that the instrument is reliable. Test requirements analysis carried out looking at the regression equation is Ŷ = 251,61 - 0.8X. Next is the estimated regression error normality test Y on X using the test and obtained Liliefors Lhitung = 0.1064 compared with Ltabel at the 0.05 level at 0.133. the Lo <Lt. This means that the error estimates Y over X is normally distributed. linearity regression test produces Fcount (0.89)< Ftable (2.33), this means linear regression models were used. Test significance Fcount regression (9.57)> Ftable (4.07), this proves that the regression mean. Meanwhile. Product moment correlation coefficient test result rxy of -0.405. Then proceed with the coefficient significance test using the t test. The results obtained are thitung (-2.868), while the TTable at dk = n - 2 = 21 - 2 = 19 and the 0.05 level is 1.69, meaning thitung < TTable. The calculation of the coefficient of determination produce rxy2 = -0.4052 = 0.1637. It shows that 16,37% variation in Occupational and Safety Health With Work Accident. Conclusion of this study is that there is a negative relationship between Occupational and Safety Health With Work Accident Of Employees PT Mustika Ratu Jakarta.
