Abstract
PURWO HADY WIBISONO. The Effect of Foreign Direct Investment and Government Expenditure on Economic Growth in Indonesia 2016. Economic Education of Cooperatives, Economics and Administration, Faculty of Economics, State University of Jakarta, 2018. This study aims to determine whether foreign direct investment, and government expenditure have an effect on the economic growth in Indonesia 2016. The research method used in this study is in the form cross section totaling 33 Provinces in Indonesia, with ex post facto method. Data is presented annually from the Central Bureau of Statistics. This research uses regression. Based on the results of simultaneous analysis of foreign direct investment and government spending significantly influence the economic growth in Indonesia. Then based on the results of the analysis, foreign direct investment has a positive coefficient direction and has a not significant influence. Government expenditure has a positive coefficient direction and a significant effect on economic growth in Indonesia 2016.
