Abstract

FEBRY VALENTINE, 8105141532, The Influence of Top Management Support and Job Training on Effectiveness of Accounting Information System at financial officer of PT Inbisco Niagatama Semesta., Scriptis, Jakarta: Faculty of Economics, Jakarta State University. 2018 The purpose of this study was conducted to determine whether there is influence between top management support and job training on effectiveness of accounting information system at financial officer of PT Inbisco Niagatama Semesta. This research was conducted for four months, that is January - April 2018. The method used in this research is survey method. The population in this study is financial officer of PT Inbisco Niagatama Semesta which amounted to 80 employees. With reference to the Isaac table then the number of samples in this study were 66 respondents. The technique of selecting respondents using propotional random samplin, using simple random method. For data collecting researchers using questionnaires with Likert scale. The three variables are Effectiveness of Accounting Information System (Y), Top Management Support (X1) and Job Training (X2) is the primary data obtained from the dissemination of research questionnaires. Data analysis technique used is, first test requirement analysis consisted of test of normality and test of lineraritas. Both classical assumption tests consist of multicollarity test and heteroskedastistas test. The three multiple linear regression tests.Fourth hypothesis test that contains t test and F test. The last one is analysis of coefficient of determination. T hitung on Top Management Support variable equal to 3,444 and Thitung for variable of Job Training that is equal to. 2,987 Where t tabel equal to 1,67, this means there is significant partial influence of Top Management Support and Job Training to Effectiveness of Accounting Information System. Because thitung>ttabel. while for Test F, found the result Fcount of 13,149 >Ftable value of 3.14. Where can be drawn the conclusion that there is influence simultaneously between variable Top Management Support and Job Training to Effectiveness of Accounting Information System. Because Fcount>Ftable. Multiple regression equation obtained result Ẏ = 30,275 + 0,431X1 + 0,451X2. R2 coefficient of determination value of 0.294. This means that Top Management Support (X1) and Job Training (X2) variables affect Effectiveness of Accounting Information System (Y) by 29,4% Keywords: Effectiveness of Accounting Information System, Top Management Support, Job Training
