Abstract
APRIYANTI NURCAHYANI. 8323154553. Analysis of Loan Based on Peer to Peer Lending. Program Studi DIII Akuntansi Fakultas Ekonomi Universitas Negeri Jakarta. This paper has a background of a technology improvement and it encourages an innovation in financial field currently. Because of that innovation then appears a financial technology (fintech) company in Indonesia. There are 5 kinds of fintech in Indonesia. One of them is peer to peer lending which known as an alternative of financing besides Bank or other financial instutions. But as the peer to peer lending grows, there are still people in Indonesia do not know how is the mechanism to get loan from peer to peer lending. The result from the research, conclude that fintech company of peer to peer lending work process is different with the bank’s. Which is bank still works by offline and fintech company of peer to peer lending works by online. PT Lunaria Annua Teknologi as a fintech company which kind of fintech is peer to peer lending has a mechanism of giving a loan to borrowers. There are 3 types of loan that offered by KoinWorks they are KoinBisnis; KoinSehat and KoinPintar. The concept of each submission of that 3 loan types are just the same. In running their business, PT Lunaria Annua Teknologi follows the rules that applied and put the lenders’ trust on first so they could do the investing on their platform safely.
