Faculty of Economy Universitas Negeri Jakarta This research paper is based on the increasing of people supplementary necessity which could not be fulfilled if only rely on monthly income, therefore long-term investment is needed with the results will be obtained in the long-term or the benefits will be felt in the future. PT. Pegadaian prepared a long-term investment that could be accesses by everyone name Abadi Investment. One of the products from Abadi Investment is the financing of mulia with murabahah agreement. The research method used is descriptive qualitative method by taking data from PT Pegadaian and process it according to PSAK 102 Murabahah. The result of this research show that in accounting treatment specifically in recording that has been done by PT. Pegadaian is in accordance with PSAK 102 regarding murabahah agreement, but in the way of counting the profits PT. Pegadaian first determine without negotiating with the customer.
