Abstract

RYAN ANDIKA SULARTO. THE RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN ACHIEVEMENT MOTIVATION TO THE PROCESS OF ADMINISTRATIVE TRANSACTIONS LEARNING RESULTS IN STUDENTS OF SMK N 10 JAKARTA. Study Program of Commerce Education, Department Economics and Administration, Faculty of Economics, State University of Jakarta, 2013. This study aims to determine whether there is the Relationship Between Achievement Motivation with Learning Outcomes Student Conduct Administration Process Transaction SMK Negeri 10 Jakarta. Studies In Class XI Marketing Department. The research was conducted during the four months from March 2013 until June 2013. The method used was a survey method with the correlational approach. Sampling technique in this study is simple random technique and proportional random. In this study hypothesized a positive relationship between achievement motivation to the learning outcomes of students carrying out administrative processes transactions, the higher the achievement motivation of students is increasing as well the learning outcomes of students carrying out the administrative process transactions. The hypothesis is tested using the test product moment correlation analysis of Karl Pearson and t-test to determine the significance of the correlation between the two variables, and the coefficient of determination to determine the contribution of variable X to variable Y. Test requirements analysis done is to find the regression equation obtained was Y = 52.67 + 0.202 X. Lilliefors normality test results produced while Lhitung = 0.0956 for n = 58 Ltabel at significance level of 0.05 is 0.116. Because Lhitung <Ltabel the variables X and Y are normally distributed. Testing the hypothesis by testing the significance of regression produces Fhitung (62.09) > Ftabel (4.02) which means that the regression equation significantly. Linearity regression test produces Fhitung (0,72) <Ftabel (1.90) thus concluded that the linear regression equation. Product moment correlation coefficient test result rhitung = 0.725 is then performed to test the significance of the correlation coefficient using t-test, yielding thitung (7,88) > ttabel (1,68). Results of these studies concluded that there is a positive relationship between achievement motivation with students' learning outcomes. With a coefficient of determination or determining test results obtained 52.58% variable learning outcomes of students carrying out the administrative process transactions (Y) is determined by achievement motivation (X).
