Abstract
INDAH AMALIA. The Effect Of Company Activities, Board Of Directors, And Audit Committee On Sustainability Report Disclosure At Non-Finacial Company Listed In Indonesia Stock Exchange Period 2014-2016. Study Program S1 Accounting, Faculty of Economics, University State of Jakarta. 2018. This research aimed to analyze the effect of company activities, board of directors, and audit committee on sustainability reporting disclosure at non-financial company listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange period 2014-2016. The data used in this study are secondary, what we need is annual report and sustainability report of non-financial company listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange period 2014-2016. The result of hypotesis test showed that company activities and Board of Directors variabel has no effect on sustainability reporting disclosure. On the other hand, committee audit variable has effect on sustainability reporting disclosure. Because this research in 3 (three) period, next researcher to add the research period and add other variables may have effect on sustainability reporting disclosure.
