Abstract

AL Muhaimin. The Relationship Between Locus Of Control with Enterprise Student Learning Outcomes SMK AL Bahri, Bekasi. Thesis, Jakarta: Commerce Education Program. Department of Economics and Administration. Faculty of Economics. State University of Jakarta. July 2013. This study aimed to obtain information and knowledge based on data or facts are valid and valid, true and trustworthy about how much the relationship between Locus Of Control with Enterprise Student Learning Outcomes SMK AL Bahri, Bekasi. The research was carried out for 5 months from February to June 2013. The research method used was a survey method with a correlation approach. The population in this study were all students of SMK AL Bahri and affordable population were students of Accounting, amounting to 72 students. While the sample is used as many as 36 people. With standard calculations of sampling error of 5%. The sampling technique used in this study is simple random. To gather data variable X (Locus of Control) and variable Y (Learning Outcomes), shaped instrument used a Likert scale. Before the instrument is used for variables X and Y are used test the construct validity through the validation process is the calculation of the coefficient score points with the total score and reliability tests with Cronbach alpha formula. Results of reliability variable X (locus of control) of 0.82 and Y variables (learning outcomes) of 0.975. These results indicate the two variables is reliable. Test requirements analysis which transactions are carried out for the obtained regression equation is Y = -9.21 +1 X. Next is the estimated regression error normality test Y on X with Liliefors test and obtained Lhitung = 0.0769 compared with Ltabel at significance level of 0.05 = 0.1137. Then Lo <Lt. this means that the error estimates Y over X is normally distributed. While the linearity regression testing obtained Calculate F (-1) <F table (1.83). This shows that the linear regression model used. Test the significance of regression Compute F (241.6)> F Table (4.2), this proves that the mean regression. While testing the correlation coefficient of Pearson product moment obtained rxy = 0.975, then this means that there is a positive relationship between locus of control with learning outcomes. Was followed by a test of coefficient significance using the t test. The result is t = (33.038), while the table = the df = n-2 = 58-2 = 56 and the significance level was 0.05 (1.67), mean t> t table. Calculating the coefficient of determination obtained rxy2 = 0.9752. This indicates that 95.12% variation locus of control with learning outcomes. The conclusion of this study is that there is a positive relationship between locus of control with students' learning outcomes entrepreneurship SMK Al Bahri, Bekasi
