Abstract
ABSTRACT The purpose of this study was to determine how the application and system administration procedures in the area of asset management SKPD / UKPD Rate Assets Management Agency of City of West Jakarta Administration whether in accordance with Government Regulation of 2014 on asset management area and Regulation of the Minister of Interior No. 19 Year 2016 concerning the technical guidelines for asset management area. Data collection method used in this research is a field study and data analysis methods used were descriptive statistics. Based on the results of questionnaires distributed research amounted to 15 are given to the Head of SKPD / UKPD as many as 15 people representing Dept, Body Parts selected based on the value of assets listed on the balance sheet. From the results of questionnaires given it can be concluded that the application of the system of administration and procedures at the regional asset management Rate Assets Management Agency of City of West Jakarta Administration can be said to have not been effective in accordance with the Regulation of the Minister of Interior No. 19 Year 2016 concerning the technical implementation of the technical implementation of the asset management area is not yet fully implemented. This study is expected to provide a reference for researchers who want to conduct research on how the implementation of systems and procedures for the administration of asset management area.
