Abstract

This research was conducted to determine empirically the influence of corporate image and price on satisfaction and loyalty of Sriwijaya Air flight customer. Respondents from this study were customers of the Sriwijaya Air airline who had at least 2 flights with Sriwijaya Air. Data collection was carried out to 141 respondents using purposive sampling technique. This study uses Structural Equation Model (SEM) analysis, using the SPSS analysis tool version 20 and Lisrel version 8.7. The results of testing hypotheses indicate that the corporate image does not directly affect customer satisfaction. Corporate image has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty. Price have a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction. Price do not directly affect customer loyalty. Customer satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty
