Abstract
The purpose of this study is to know the effect of Institutional Ownership and Managerial Ownership on Bank Firm Dividend Policy listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange Period 2011-2016. The sample is from 12 companies. The research model in this study employs panel data analysis with random effect model approach. The empirical result shows that institutional ownership has positive effect but not significant effect on dividend policy but managerial ownership has negative and significant effect on dividend policy. ROA as control variables has negative and significant effect on dividend policy, while Firm Size and Growth as control variables have negative effect and not significant on dividend policy. This research has confirm Bird In The Hand Theory.
