Abstract

Muhammad Luthfi. The Internship Report at the Division of Sales part a Subdivision Contact Center Management (CCM) PT.TELKOMSEL , Jakarta July 10, 2017 – September 05, 2017 Majoring of Management, Faculty of Economics, State University of Jakarta Implementation of internship aims to add to the experience and train yourself in preparation for competition in the world of work later. Internee implement the internship to Division of Sales part a Subdivision Contact Center Management in Department of Walk-in and Intenational Operation Management at central office of PT.TELKOMSEL. The task given to internee among others make visit some outlet of GraPARI, make a plan blueprint service of GraPARI, identifying customer service in GraPARI, maka SWOT analysis and STP of GraPARI, and make a presentation about GraPARI.
