Abstract
the internship’s report on January 15 th th – March 16 , 2018 at Perum Perumnas, Head Office Cawang, East Jakarta right on Jl. D.I. Pandjaitan Kav. 11 - Jakarta, 13340 in Sales and Marketing division. Bachelor Degree of Management, Faculty of Economics, Universitas Negeri Jakarta, 2018. The internship is one of compulsory courses at the 7th Semester where of the graduate program in State University of Jakarta can apply theories in the previous semester and also train for graduate program before make a thesis. In addition, by writing this internship report, the practitioner can train himself and be familiar with the rules of writing and good report formatsImplementation of internship aims train skills, mentally and can insight in a working network. The internship related with Marketing as Promotion and Customer Care activities, also Archives of input letter. The internee have the opportunity to connect with consumers directly both online and offline. After two month from the internship, internee gets new knowledge, understanding and experience on the world of work, especially in marketing management.
