Abstract
Internship report at PT Kimia Farma Trading and Distribution, Majapahit Permai Blok A105-106 Majapahit state No. 18 – 22 Jakarta Pusat , July 9th - September 31th 2018. S1 Management Program Department of Faculty of Economic, State University of Jakarta. The Purpose of internship for internee is to fulfill the requirements one of the courses at Faculty of Economic, Management Undergraduate, State University of Jakarta and add Human Resource insight in the work place that are not available during the lectures . While doing the internship, Internee has given task that are : Make employee aspiration questionnaire, selecting Curriculum Vitae (CV) and recapitulating performance assesment. From the implementation of internship, internee knows how the system Human resource management in PT Kimia Farma Trading and Distribution (KFTD) Jakarta 1.
