Abstract
Implementation of intership(PKL) aims into allow students to directly apply the knowledge obtained in the studying order to fulfill one of the subjects S1 program management Faculty of Economics, University of Jakarta and give students experience in working as well as build and enhance good relations of cooperation between UNJ side with the companies. PKL held on PT. Propindo Gemilang which are located at Jalan Lanbow Kawasan Panel Raya No. 02, Babakan Madang,Sentul - Bogor. Implementation of PKL is for two months at the start since August 9 to October 5, 2016. The internee placed on HR & GA (Human Resource and General Affair). PKL given to recruitment, employment contract, employment contract extension. From the implementation of street vendors can be concluded that the practitioner to gain experience and new knowledge in the world of working, especially HR & GA (Human Resource and General Affair) division of PT. Propindo Gemilang.
