Abstract
Internship report at PT. Bank Tabungan Negara (Persero) Tbk Kantor Cabang Depok, Bachelor Degree of Management, Human Resource Management Concentration, Faculty of Economics, State University of Jakarta, 2018. The purpose of internship for Internee is to gain experience about work field truthfully, and to improve Internee skills according with their fields. The Internship program is carried out for 40 working days. Internee implementing internship in the Human Capital and Loan Document section. The work done by Internee during internship is the recapitulation of input result as well as calculating the salaries of Contract employees part of the Stock opname section, Making a picket schedule for drivers in August, Performing problem solving found in the Stock opname section, and Making official report of loan documents..
