Abstract

DWI MULYANI. Correlation Between Morale With Work Productivity Of Production Employees of CV. Mugi Jaya Bintara Bekasi. Scientific Paper. Jakarta: Study Program of Economic Education, Faculty of Economy, State University of Jakarta, February of 2019. This study aims to determine the relationship between morale and work productivity of production employees of CV. Mugi Jaya Bintara Bekasi which was conducted for 3 months starting form November of 2018 until January of 2019. The method that used in this study is the survey method with a correlational approach. The population in this study was 168 employees, and the accesible population was 120 employees. The sample was taken based on Proportional Random Sampling technique which was 89 employees. Work productivity’s data (Y variable)is a data was obtained from the company, while morale data (X variable) is a primary data was obtained from the results of questionnaires using the Likert Scale. The data analysis technique in this study was processed using Microsoft Excel of 2010, which was started by looking for a regression equation that Ŷ = 3.43 + 0.191X. The results of calculations using Liliefors test are normal which known from Ltest X and Y variables are 0,112 and 0,173 > Ltable 0,094, it means that data are normally distributed. Regression linearity test is linear which known for Ftest -2,22 < Ftable 1,75, then Ho is accepted. Product Moment regression significance test results was obtained r value of 0,539, it means if r value > 0 then, there is a positive relationship between morale and work productivity. The results of the coefficient determination test was obtained results of 29,03, 70,93% was influenced by other factors that not examined in this study. Keywords: Morale, Work Productivity
