Abstract

The internship report at personnel development section PT Girder Indonesia. Bachelor Degree of Management, Faculty of Economic, State University of Jakarta, 2018. The implementation of Internship aims to gain experience and knowledge about the world of work associated with the concentration of student to be ready in the face of the world of work later. The internship is carried out to fulfill one of the subjects of the Faculty of Economics, Faculty of Economics, University of Jakarta. This report contains the activities of student during internship in the personnel development section PT Girder Indonesia. The work delegated to the practitioner is a recap of the interview results of applicants who apply for jobs at PT Girder Indonesia, recapitizing the bills of excess employees, completing employee data at Ms.Excel by looking at manual data files, making job application forms in pdf form, checking job applications that is posted on the jobs.db website, LIPPO insurance data recap, makes a BPJS employee health report. After undergoing fieldwork activities, the practitioner has gained knowledge and experience about the real world of work that has not been obtained in lectures.
