Abstract
Internship Report at the Department of Organizational Planning and Development PERUM PERUMNAS, Jakarta July 02 , 2018 Majoring of Management, Faculty of Economics, State University of Jakarta. nd –August 31 st The aims of implementing Internship is to increase experience and skill of student, so it’ll benefit for the student to prepare for the working world later on and the other is to fulfill the requirements one of the courses at Faculty of Economic, Management Undergraduate, State University of Jakarta. The tasks given to the internee are:Record entry and exit of letter, learning assessment system key performance indicators KPI, adjust employee data, help KPI performance, help rearrange employee training data for one period.
