Abstract

This report was written to inform the activities of paktikan during the Field Work Practice in Marketing Communication, PT Jakarta Express Utama. Practitioners carry out street vendors at PT Jakarta Express Utama for 40 days from July 23, 2018 until September 14, 2018. Praktikan was assigned to become a Marketing Communication at the Support Division. The assignment was as a Marketing Communication namely creating promotional content on social media, accepting orders through social media and participating in event travel exhibitions. Jakarta Express Utama was educated with the aim to serve customers who want a cheap and affordable tour package. PT Jakarta Express Utama has a way to survive amidst the growing online travel with promotions through social media and exhibitions at several travel events. This Field Work Practice aims to gain work experience and add practical knowledge about marketing that has not been obtained during lectures.
