Abstract

CENDIKIA HAZWIR. Effects of Regional Original Income, Special Autonomy Funds, Remaining More on Budget Financing, and size of Regional Area on Capital Expenditures of City and Regency Governments in the Provinces of Papua and West Papua. Faculty of Economics. State University of Jakarta. 2019 This research aims to test the effect of Regional Original Income, Special Autonomy Funds, Remaining More Budget Financing, and Regional Area on Capital Expenditures of City / Regency Governments in the Provinces of Papua and West Papua. The population of this study is all regency and city governments in the provinces of Papua and West Papua. The sample chosen was 39 District and City Governments using purposive sampling. Data processing was carried out with the help of the Statistical Package for the Social Science (SPSS) program with descriptive statistical analysis and linear regression. The results and conclusions of the study state that the Regional Original Income and size of Regional Area do not affect the Government's Capital Expenditures. Whereas Special Autonomy Funds and Remaining More Budget Financing have an effect on Government Capital Expenditures.
