Abstract
This report aims to inform the activities of practitioner for two months (July 23, 2018 – 14 September, 2018) at BPJS Ketenagakerjaan Branch Kelapa Gading. Practitioner assigned at Marketing Officer Division. Field work practice aims to gain knowledge in terms of work in companies, especially in the field of marketing. During the Field Work Practice, practitioner do several jobs such as looking for customers or prospective customers and socializing the product services of BPJS Ketenagakerjaan. With the experience of this work practitioner can describe conclude that practitioner gain knowledge in terms of work, especially in the field of marketing in the company, then practitioner can improve skills in terms of personal selling, and practitioner can compare theories between theories obtained in lectures with Field Work Practice. After completing the Field Work Practice, the practitioner can take some conclusions from the various tasks that the practitioner does, among others, the practitioner has applied the marketing mix knowledge such as promotion product or program of BPJSK.
