Abstract

DISYA SANOVA ALISSA. The Effect of Liquidity and Listing Age On Information Asymmetry with Voluntary Disclosure as Intervening Variable. Faculty of Economics. Universitas Negeri Jakarta. 2019. The purpose of this study was to determine empirically the effect of liquidity and listing age on asymmetry information with voluntary disclosure as intervening variable. The samples used in this study were the company which included in LQ-45 index on Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2015 – 2017. The samples were 90 company selected by using purposive sampling method. This study used multiple regression model with path analysis method. The result of this study was liquidity has direct affect the voluntary disclosure, despite that, listing age has not direct affect the information asymmetry and voluntary disclosure, also voluntary disclosure has not direct affect the information asymmetry.
