Abstract

This report was written to inform praktikan activities for internship in PT. Triputra Arta Mandiri (Honda Triputra Bekasi) praktikan assigned as Customer Care Officer for 2 months from the date of July 2, 2018 until August 31, 2018. Praktikan are assigned relating to Customer Relationship Management (CRM), such as reminder service, booking service, greetings, managing social media of PT. Triputra Arta Mandiri and input data CAP (customer survey). PT. Triputra Arta Mandiri is an authorized dealer that is part of PT. Honda Prospect Motor (HPM) providing sales, service and spare parts. This internship aims to gain work experience and increase knowledge about CRM which is part of maketing.
