Abstract

ERNAWATI. “The Influence Of Motivation Of Cooperating And Effectiveness Of Interpersonal Communication On Participation Of Members In PRIMKOP SETJEN Kementerian Pertahanan Republik Indonesia”. Faculty of Economics. University of Jakarta. 2018 This study aims to determine The Influence Of Motivation Of Cooperating And Effectiveness Of Interpersonal Communication On Participation Of Members In Primkop Setjen of the Ministry of Defense of the Republic of Indonesia. The data used in this study are primary data in the form of questionnaires using a Likert scale. The variables used in this study are cooperative motivation, effectiveness of interpersonal communication and member participation. The research method used is survey and correlation approach. Data analysis techniques used in this study are data requirements test, classic assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, hypothesis testing, and analysis of the coefficient of determination, processing using SPSS version 20. The analysis shows that: 1) There is a Positive Effect between cooperative motivation towards member participation based on the acquisition of tcount> t table 2). There is a positive influence between the effectiveness of interpersonal communication on member participation based on the acquisition of tcount> ttable . 3) There is a positive influence between cooperative motivation and the effectiveness of interpersonal communication on member participation based on the acquisition of fcount values> ftabel . 4) Contribution of the effect of cooperative motivation and the effectiveness of interpersonal communication on member participation is 51.9% and the remaining 48.1% is influenced by other factors.
