Abstract
This report is written to inform practitioner activities for 2 months or 40 working days, starting from 2 July to 30 August 2018 in carrying out Internship at PT. Perusahaan Listrik Negara (Persero). Internship aims to add insight and experience in preparing yourself before going to the real world of work. During carrying out the Field Work Practice, the practitioner carries out work including offering services to customers, making agreements on the sale and purchase of electricity, registering customers, field surveys to ensure and check customers who want to add power and change rates, offer service promos to customers, offer promos - promos by distributing brochures to the community and establishing relationships with customers. After completing this Internship the practitioner get experience, knowledge, insight, and understand the process, especially in the Business Sector of PT. Perusahaan Listrik Negara (Persero) Area Jatinegara.
