Abstract
Mochamad Ariyan Ramadhan. “Evaluation of Character Education Program at Nurul Fikri Integrated Islamic Middle School in Depok City.” Economic Education. Faculty of Economics. State University of Jakarta. 2019. Supervisor: Dicky Iranto, S.E, M.Si and Suparno, S.Pd, M.Pd. This study aims to evaluate the character education program at Nurul Fikri Integrated Islamic Junior High School (SMPIT) in Depok city. This study uses an evaluative descriptive research method and uses an evaluation model developed by Stufflebeam, namely CIPP (Context, Input, Process, Products). In collecting data, this study uses the method of observation, interviews, documentation, and questionnaires. The findings in this study indicate that: (1) The implementation of the Karakter Education Program at SMPIT Nurul Fikri in Depok city is going well, although there are some things that still need to be improved and developed. (2) The implementation of the program in the context of context evaluation has been well implemented, because the school has met the criteria or indicators of the success of the evaluation. (3) Evaluation of input or input also shows good results, but still requires more development in empowering the performance or performance of the school library. (4) Evaluation in the process has also been well implemented, and the researcher provides suggestions to develop engagement and collaboration with parents, the public, and other external parties who share the same vision and mission regarding character. (5) Product evaluation also shows good results, because the program provides both teachers and students with good impact, results, and benefits to support the continuity of learning.
