Abstract

VINA MUSTIKASARI, The Influence Of Assets Structure, Company Growth And Business Risk On Debt Policy In Trading Companies Listed In Indonesian Stock Exchange In 2015 – 2017. Faculty of Economics, Jakara, 2018. Advisor: (1) Diah Armeliza SE.,M.Ak (2) Tri Hesti Utaminingtyas, SE, M.SA This study to obtain empirical evidence regarding asset structure, company growth and business risks that affect debt policy. This study uses a purposive sampling technique in determining sample selection. A total of 20 companies from 62 companies are listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) with 3 years of observation, starting from 2015 - 2017 to obtain 60 research observations. Debt policy is measured using a debt to asset ratio. The hypothesis test used in this study is panel data analysis. Based on the research that has been done, the conclusions from the results of the study state that the structure of assets has a positive effect on debt policy.
