Abstract
The Purpose of the research are: 1.) To know the description of compensastion, job satisfaction and organizational commitment of employee at PT “A”. 2.) To determine the effect of compensastion toward organizational commitment of employee at PT. “A”. 3.) To determine the effect of job compensastion toward organizational commitment of employee at PT “A”. This study uses the Partial Least Square (PLS) method to analyze data. The research model used in this study uses descriptive explanatory. This research was conducted on 62 employees, with a purposive sampling technique. The technique of collecting data uses a survey method, namely spreading questionnaires which are then processed with a SmartPLS 3.2.7 program. The results of PLS show there is a positive and significant influence between compensation toward organizational commitment and there are positive and significant influence between job satisfaction toward organizational commitment.
