Abstract

The objectives of this study are: 1) To find out the description of compensation, work environment, and employee job satisfaction of PT Best Indotech Pratama, 2) To determine the effect of compensation on job satisfaction of PT. Best Indotech Pratama, 3) To determine the effect of the Work Environment on employee job satisfaction of PT Best Indotech Pratama. The study was conducted on 63 employees of PT Best Indotech Pratama. The technique of collecting data uses a survey method which is distributing questionnaires which are then processed with the SmartPLS program version 3.2.8. This study uses descriptive and explanatory analysis. The results of the regression indicate that there is an influence between compensation to job satisfaction, there is an influence between the work environment and job satisfaction. Compensation and work environment together have an effect on employee job satisfaction with a value of Tcount> Ttable (8.702> 3.457) and significance (0,000 <0.05). Adjusted R2 value is 0.413 or (41.3%). This shows that 41.3% of employee job satisfaction is explained by compensation factors and work environment while the remaining 51.5% is influenced or explained by other variables.
