Abstract
The purposes of this research are: (1) to know the affect of service quality on customer satisfaction of Gojek online transportation. (2) to know the affect of price perception on customer satisfaction of Gojek online transportation. Sampels in this research are customers who use Gojek online tranportation that lives in Jakarta. Data collection was done by distributing questionnaires to 200 respondents with sampling technique that is purposive sampling. This research uses multiple linear regression analysis technique and a data analysis tools use SPSS version 25. Descriptive research results explain that: (1) Service quality affects customer satisfaction of Gojek online transportation, has t-count of 4.248, (2) Price perception affects customer satisfaction of Gojek online transportation, has a t-count of 10.459.
