Abstract

STEFANY CAROLINA YUNIDA, Internship Report (PKL) Directorate General of Defense Security, Ministry of Defense. S1 Management Study Program, Financial Management Concentration, Faculty of Economics, Jakarta State University, 2019. Internship (PKL) is one of the required subjects in accordance with the needs of the study program as a condition for graduation from Jakarta State University (UNJ) students in completing their studies before preparing a thesis. The writing of this report was made with the aim of giving a presentation on student activities during internship taking place as well as the application of the theories that had been studied by students while studying in the world of specialized work in finance. The implementation of street vendors aims as a medium of cooperation between ministries where the students work with UNJ specifically the Faculty of Economics and so that students gain broader insights and experience in the world of work, mental training before entering the workforce and as a place to apply the theories that have been obtained in financial lecture classes . Practicioner implement internship at the bud of Defense Jl. Budi Kemuliaan no 4-6, Jakarta Pusat, DKI Jakarta. The Field Work Practice is held for 35 days which takes place on July 23, 2018 until September 7, 2018. As long as the practitioner practices more than 35 days of fieldwork at the Ministry of Defense, the practitioner learns about data input using Management Information Systems and Accounting, editing the Implementation Report Programs, Work Plans and Budget of the Directorate General of Defense and Defense Ministry.
