Abstract

February TrishaGadis MR. Internship report at PT Pesonna Indonesia Jaya., Salemba Raya Street No. 2, Kenari Baru, Senen, Jakarta, 28th January – 29th March 2019. S1 Management Program Study of Faculty of Economics, State University of Jakarta. The purpose of internship for the practitioner is to add experience and insight, apply the knowledge that has been obtained by the practitioner during the lecture to practice it directly, and add knowledge and skills to be able to develop and strengthen professional attitudes which will be needed to enter the workforce due with qualifications. This report contains the activities of the Student during Internship, practitioner placed in the Human Resources and General Section at PT. Pesonna Indonesia Jaya. The work delegated to the practitioner is, Sorting CV (Curiculum Vitae) Candidates for The Gade Coffee & Gold, Uniformizing SOP format (Standard Operational Procedure), Uniformizing HR Tools, Checking job applications that are entered in HRD@Pesonna.co.id, Tidying or reconcile employee contracts from various hotels, input the employee number of The Gade Coffee & Gold, Help the interview. After undergoing fieldwork activities, the practitioner has gained knowledge and experience about the real world of work that has not been obtained at the lecture Keywords:Internship, HR Tools, SOP, JOBS.
