Abstract

Tegar Wibowo Wahyuditomo. Effect of Leverage, Sales Growth, Corporate Social Responsibility Disclosure, and Company Size on Economic Value Added in Food and Beverage Sub Sector Companies Listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange Period 2014-2017. Faculty of Economic, Universitas Negeri Jakarta, 2019. This study aims to find out the effect of Leverage, Sales Growth, Corporate Social Responsibility Disclosure, and Company Size on Economic Value Added. The dependent variable Economic Value Added is measured by calculating the operational costs and working capital of the company from the annual report issued. Independent variables Leverage is measured using a Debt to Equity Ratio proxy that calculates between total debt and total equity. Sales growth is measured by a comparison between the sales of the current period and the sales of the previous period. Disclosure of Corporate Social Responsibility is measured using the CSRDI formula. Company size is measured using the total assets of the company. The object of this research is the Food and Beverage Sub Sector Company Listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange with a population of 16 companies, sample selection was done by purposive sampling technique and obtained by 14 companies. The research period is 4 years with a total observation of 39. Based on the results of this study, Disclosure of Corporate Social Responsibility and Company Size has a positive effect on Economic Value Added, while Leverage and Sales Growth have no effect on Economic Value Added.
