Abstract

RESHA PARAMITHA. The Influence of Price to Book Value, Total Asset Turnover, Inventory Tunrover and Debt to Equity Ratio on Price Earning Ratio of Property and Real Estate Companies listed in Indonesian Stock Exchange period 2014-2018. Faculty of Economics, Universitas Negeri Jakarta. 2019 This research is conducted to analyze the influence of price to book value, total asset turnover, inventory tunrover and debt to equity ratio on price earning ratio in the property and real estate companies listed in Indonesian Stock Exchange in 2014-2018 by using annual report taken from Indonesian Stock Exchange (IDX). It uses secondary data from IDX. Samples obtained through purposive sampling technique. The sample used in this research are 75 samples during the year 2014-2018, which is obtained through purposive sampling technique. Processing data using IBM SPSS 23 with descriptive statistical and multiple regression analysis. The result shows that variables price to book value, total asset turnover have effect on price earning ratio. While the variable inventory turnover and debt to equity ratio have no effect on price earning ratio.
