Abstract
Yanu Setianingsih Harianti. The Influence of Human Resources Competence, Quality of Financial Information, and Innovation on SMESCo Performance with Decision Making as Intervening Variable. Skripsi. Faculty of Economics. Universitas Negeri Jakarta. 2019. This study aims to examine the influence of existing HR competencies, financial information quality, and innovation on the performance of SMESCo with decision making as an intervening variable. The research method used is a descriptive analysis procedure, and statistical analysis with data analysis techniques using path analysis. This study uses primary data obtained from SMESCo that are listed on the Bank Indonesia website in the category of SMESCo that are eligible for funding. The sampling technique used in this study was purposive sampling. Affordable population in this study are all SMESCo sectors that are listed on the Bank Indonesia website as SMESCo that are feasible to be financed in the DKI Jakarta area. The sample used based on purposive sampling criteria was 61 SMESCo engaged in the processing industry. The results showed that HR competencies and financial information quality directly influence the performance of SMESCo. While innovation influences the performance of SMESCo through decision making.
