Abstract
CHINTYA RETNOWULAN NUGROHO. 8105152576. The Effect of Problem Based Learning (PBL) Towards Higher Order Thinking Skills (HOTS) Student in Accounting Departement. Faculty of Economics. Universitas Negeri Jakarta. 2019. This study aims to describe Problem Based Learning (PBL) model, Higher Order Thinking Skills (HOTS), examine The Effect of Problem Based Learning (PBL) Towards Higher Order Thinking Skills (HOTS) Student In Accounting Departement.This study was conduct at SMK Negeri 48 Jakarta. Method of this study is experimental method. The design is True Experimental Design with Posttest Only Control Design.Sampels were taken using simple random sampling. To collect data from variables used the question of multiple coice test. Normality test for this study is Kolgomorov Smirmov, homogenity test is F test, and hypothesis analysis test is t-test. The result are normality test is normal, homogenity test is homogen, and hypothesis analysis test is significant. Hyphotesis analysis for this study used SPSS 25 and the result shows that sig. (2 tailed) is 0.047 or less than 0.05, that means H0 is refused and H1 is accepted. Sothat, the conclusion for this study is there are significant effect between Problem Based Learning (PBL) Towards Higher Order Thinking Skills (HOTS) Student In Accounting Departement.
