Abstract

MARISTA OKTAVIANI, Effect of Learning Motivation and Infrastructure Facilities Learning on Student Learning Outcomes in Computer Accounting subjects in Smk Negeri 2 Bekasi. This aim of the study is to find out if influence of learning motivation and facilities and infrastructure learning on learning outcomes in accounting computer subjects of class XI Accounting SMK Negeri 2 Bekasi academic year 2018/2019. The hypotesis of this study are: There are influence of learning motivation on learning outcomes, there are influence of facilities and infrastructure learning on learning outcomes, and there are influence of learning motivation, facilities and infrastructure learning on learning outcomes. The methode that hat been used was the survey method with the quantitative approach. The population is all student SMK Negeri 2 Bekasi academic year 2018/2019. And reached population is all student class XI Accounting with the amount of 90 students. The sampling technique that has been used was a proportional random sampling as many as 73 students. The data collecting that has been used was questionnaire. Based of finding of the regression coefficient test simultaneous, the value of (38,383 > 3,13) with a sig. Of 0,000 with level sig. 0,05. It can be conclude that there are influence of learning motivation and infrastructure learning of learning outcomes simultaneously. While the finding of the partial regression coefficient test, learning motivation (4,33 > 1,99) can be conclude tat the learning motivation affect on learning outcomes significantly, for infrastructure learning (4,66 > 1,99) it can be conclude that infrastructure learning affect on learning outcomes significantly. The hypotesis showed simultaneously or partially all the independent variabel (reading interest and infrastructure learning) affect on the dependent variabel (learning outcomes). It is concluded that there are significant positive and significant correlation between learning motivation and Infrastructure Facilities Learning on student learning outcomes in SMK Negeri 2 Bekasi.
